W PS Writer Application
WPS is an office suite for Microsoft windows, Linux, Mac operating system, IOS and Android operating system. This software is made up of three primary components WPS writer ,WPS presentation and WPS spreadsheet. The personal basic version is free to use.  A fully featured professional grade version is also available for a subscription fee. Teachers and students can easily use this application in their classroom. The main classroom application of the software is WPS presentation and WPS writer. By using WPS writer application both teachers and students can make documents and notes related to their classroom activities. WPS writer is a platform for editing, sharing and to comment on students work. Students can make use of WPS writer application to create essay and written assignments. If students are allowed to use the smartphones in their classrooms as a learning aid then this WPS writer is  an application can be used for easy note  taking which will help them to capture the highlights of the lecture and draft their projects.
The writer app comes equipped with a spell checker which can help improve the quality of students work and ensure that their notes and essays are error-free. In addition those students can switch the spell check dictionaries used for different languages by choosing the set language option in the check spelling drop down list. A dialogue box will open that shows available languages and the students can click on the desired language.
In order to use this application first we have to download the WPS application from the Play Store. For this you have to select Play Store and type WPS on the search bar and search it. Then a window  will appear. You have to select the WPS office and click on the install button to install it.
And now click on the WPS icon which will be displayed on your home screen. Click on the plus icon displayed on the bottom right corner of the screen to develop a new document. A window will appear showing various options like word ,presentations, spreadsheets, PDF ,memo, scanner and the like from this click on word document for developing a new word document. Select the blank Page option which will display a new blank word page. Here you can type the required content like this.
if you have installed the gboard application in your mobile phone you can click on the microphone which appears on the top right corner of the gboard this will allow you for voice detection typing.
Clicking on the menu button on the left corner of the status bar will give you various options for formatting your text.
 In home tab you will get options for changing the font, font size, font style, font colour exactra. You will also get various text alignment options like right corner, left corner, centre, justify etc.You will also have various options for setting different headings and also for starting a numbered or bulleted list.
If you want to save your document, export it to PDF, share or merge document you can go on to the file tab.
The insert tab will help you to add pictures, various shapes, text boxes, tables, headers and footers etc... to your document
The view tab will help you change your page background. You can also show add bookmark using the option.
The next tab is a review tab which will allow you to view the entire document that you have prepared by enabling the show button or enter revise mode button. In this tab you  you can also modify the username.enabling the spell check option will help you recognise and change the spelling errors in your document.
You can also change the font size of the typed content from the status bar. For that first select the type to content by double clicking on the screen. By clicking on the symbol A+ you can increase the font size and clicking on A- will help you decrease the font size. You can also bold the selected text by clicking on the bold option in the status bar itself.
For changing the font colour click on the font colour option in the status bar.
You can also add  number or bulleted list directly from the status bar
There are also options for adding pictures and inserting comments.
After completing the document click on the done button at the top left corner of the screen. Click on the save button for saving the butt document in the desired location. You can select the location for saving by clicking or other location option. If you want to save the document in my documents select the my documents option.Before saving you can also change the name of the document. Now click on the save button.
In this way you can create a simple document using WPS writer application. You can also share the type the content for document through Gmail, WhatsApp, send cloud, Bluetooth and messages and also save the content in Google drive.
